How it works

How to share a technique clip with coaching notes

  1. 1

    Clip the technique

Paste a match, drill or tutorial link and trim to the rep you want to show. Slow it down if the movement is fast.

  2. 2

    Add coaching notes

Write your cues in the clip notes. Timestamps like 0:42 in the notes jump the player to that moment.

  3. 3

    Share and compare

Send the link to your athletes, or open Compare to play two clips side by side at the same speed.

Side-by-side compare

Put a model rep next to another clip, such as an athlete’s own video uploaded to YouTube as unlisted, and play both together. They share one speed, can loop together, and you can offset one by a few seconds to line up the key moment.

Feedback on the moment

  • Private feedback: only you and the commenter see comments, each pinned to a time in the clip.
  • Public discussion: everyone who opens the clip can see and reply.
  • Replies, and the option to hide or delete comments on your clips.
  • A lesson can put a whole session’s clips in order with your text between them.

Questions

Can I compare my athlete’s video with a pro’s?

Yes, if both are on YouTube and allow embedding. Clip each one, then open Compare to play them side by side.

Are comments public?

You choose per clip: off, private feedback or public discussion.

Can I slow down fast movements?

Yes. Clips play from 0.25× to 2× speed, in 0.05 steps.
